From the moment you place your order we immediately start packaging your product & organizing the shipment/Delivery of your new headpiece. For this reason, Free cancellation is only applicable within the first 24 hours after placing your order. Following the 24 hour mark the piece will already be in transit and on its way to you. At that time, we can no longer process any refunds or cancellations.

The refund process, will depend on the method of payment.

We believe that every Bride should be the first to lay hands on her headpiece. Hence, we do not accept any exchanges or returns. Sizes are Universal and so you would never need another size.

International Shipping:

Orders shipping to the US are charged a $30 shipping fee. Shipping to all other countries outside of the Canada and U.S. are charged a $35 shipping fee.

ALL PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS - Canadian dollars are approximately 30% lower value than U.S. Dollars.

All orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with The Wedding Headpiece , or Le Reve Productions. The value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry. At checkout, you can choose to pay for duties and taxes at checkout or upon delivery. International Shipping:

International shipping transit times can vary greatly depending on destination and time of year.

To avoid scratching, pieces need their space therefore they are to be stored separately.

Store your piece in a box to keep it safe.

Avoid Chemicals at all costs, as these chemicals will damage your headpiece permanently and nothing can be done to restore it to its original state. Such chemicals include but not limited to Hairspray, Chlorine, Bleach and Perfume, etc. Ask your hairdresser to spray your hair before putting on and securing your headpiece.

To Polish your headpiece, use a soft mildly damp cloth. Then use a soft fry cloth to absorb any moisture. 

Do not use any cleaning chemicals as they be damaged and discoloured irreversibly. 

Your headpieces have a perfect elegant glow. Avoid exposure to extreme sunlight for extended peiods of time & other extreme conditions.
