With Full Event Planning there is no ask that is too big or too small. We are happy to take care of every detail related your event.With this package you get a truly personalized full- service experience, We take care of every step along the way, vet every vendor, and pay attention to every detail from A-Z.
This package includes your event Design & Styling, Production and Day of Management and Coordination Service.
Our Partial Planning service is for our couples that feel they require additional support or guidance in specific areas. You can select three areas where we can come in to help. We assist you in booking vendors for three main categories and if you feel like you need additional support, we can always look at increasing your level of service, on as needed basis.
If you have already started planning, and require us to do a full take over, we will gladly step in and take everything off of your hands. This Package also include Day of Coordination.
Having said that, every client has different needs, your custom service package may include:

Up to 10 hours of consultations to be used for planning purposes determined by you.

The month leading up to your wedding is undoubtedly the most stressful time before your big day. It is also the most crucial time in your event's final production. Our Day-of Coordination Service provides you with the opportunity to enjoy your final month of planning and to shift your focus on yourself and enjoy the festivities. We will alleviate all the pressure by taking over communication with your vendors, finalizing all of your event details, and executing both your rehearsal and your event perfectly so that you can enjoy and embrace every moment.

Supervision for the set up of all aspects of the ceremony

Behind-the-scenes assistance in orchestrating your ceremony schedule

Coordination and styling of ceremony and reception details: decor, centrepieces, welcome table, favours, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, etc.

Coordination of reception details and liaising with Caterer, DJ, MC, Photographer, other vendors and helpers

Assistance throughout the day to ensure the program runs smoothly and all your plans are carried out

Assistance at the ceremony and for set up until the start of dinner

Wedding Day emergency Kit
This service is available at anytime during your planning process for when ever you need advice or a simple task like vendor recommendation or sourcing a unique item, we are here for you. You can simply schedule a call, or a consultation and we will be able to provide you with all the assistance you need.
This service is billed on an hourly basis, for consultations in person, via phone or Zoom meetings.
